PRODUCT SPECIFICATION CANVAS; Unless requested otherwise, we always print onto 390g pure white primed artists cotton canvas in fine weave photographic grade. There are many cheap, synthetic or polyester 'canvas' materials out there. These all have a colour tint in their make up and are not 'pure white', Good quality canvas is also very absorbent and requires more ink. The end result however will often be snow or wedding work where whites are tinted with a red or green cast as the bare material is showing. White wedding dresses are only as white as the material being printed on.....and snow etc can often look strange. There is no such thing as white ink !! All colours that are created by mixing with white ie greys also use the material colour. Finally, our printers use 12 inks, not the usual 5 or even 7. The colour range available is therefore infinately larger. We are the first to say.......if you cannot see the difference then the low quality product is fine.....but to most the difference is blatantly apparent. We will happily show samples for you to compare........ STETCHER BARS; 1/2", 1", 1.25" or 1.75" profiles Cut to EXACT image size, pre pinned square. First grade pine, knot free to face. Stainless staples. Edge taped, hanger fitted and cello wrapped. |
