All of our sales staff have a minimum of seven years experience, working in middle to upper end art galleries. They have a sound knowledge of the limited edition and original artwork available, values, collectability and trends.
All are fully trained in framing techniques, design choice, moulding suitability, glass choice, conservation and safe practice.
Whilst our chosen area of expertise is in limited editions and middle market originals, all staff have a full working knowledge of all other artwork and print available. In the event that they are asked a question which they cannot answer with certainty, they will refer to the proprietors or other experts.
On no account will we ever knowingly give false or misleading information, or suspect advice in order to close a sale.
FRAMING
Our framers have a minimum of 16 years each experience in framing all qualities and types of artwork, memorabilia etc, all to high standards. Regardless of customer requirements they will never undertake work which will deface, devalue or otherwise damage the item being framed. Where artwork has a known value they will advise on conservation or alternative safe framing if this is required. As potential future values are always unknown, where they feel there is, in their opinion any concern, you will be informed.
PRESENTATION
As established and time served retail galleries, we have a sound understanding of print and artwork presentation. We handle all aspects of display, home furnishing and decoration, artists prints, mounting, wrapping, framing and preparation of items for retail or trade sale.
Through our printing department we can produce anything from simple photographic enlargements through to limited edition print runs on canvas, for individuals or corporate and trade customers.
We are also able to brand, print logo's and script onto mounts for very individual and high quality presentations.
We have been working for major photographers, graphic designers and corporate clients for over eight years producing single items and large runs.
DRESSING AND STAGING
Through our sister business, we often undertake the dressing of showhouses and apartments, or the staging of private properties prior to marketing or letting. Agents often use our services to enhance vacant properties before photography. We can achieve maximum effect for minimal financial comitment by utilising the vast and varied resources of our galleries.
