Mystery shopping by experienced, qualified and craft trained 'guests' ensures reasonable, practicable and realistic reporting, often on areas overlooked by the casual reporter. All too often these reports do not reflect either the circumstances, environment or situation at that time, are only cursory and simply emphasise already known shortcomings, having been undertaken by 'visitors' with little or no work experience in that particular field. We aim to be wholly constructive and see little point in simply reporting 'personal observations' without offering options for remedy. We will also where appropriate report on any action taken by employees should fault be reported at that time and it's effectivness....the first step towards saving a situation. We Specialise ONLY in the Hospitality and Catering industries, be it a simple cafe bar, a la carte restaurant, commercial and function catering or holiday rental accomodation. |
